Stacy & Heidi Clearman
Lead Pastor
Stacy and Heidi uprooted their family from an incredibly blessed and stable full time pastoral ministry in North Carolina, and moved ten hours away to reach the community of Navarre with the message of Jesus. Through a series of God ordained connections within AG network of ministry, Pastor Stacy was honored to become the new Lead Pastor in the fall of 2020. The Clearman’s are passionate about building a community of worship and evangelism centered around encountering the Presence of God & seeing the Gifts of the Spirit active. They are builders and pioneers by nature and have already helped establish & grow ministries throughout the Southeast, including launching & growing a church plant from ten people to two thousand. Stacy has been in full time ministry for over 20 years, since 2001 and he and Heidi have four beautiful children (2 in college & 2 in high school) Rachel, David, Joelle, and Gabrielle. Stacy is a Licensed Minister with the AG & a Graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Business Communications/Marketing. Heidi served in the United States Airforce, with degrees, training, & careers in Emergency Response Flight Medicine & currently Digital Marketing & Social Media, as a team manager. They currently serve as a Bivocational ministry family.
Will & Sarah Watts
Team Pastor (Specialty in Kids Ministry)
Will & Sarah relocated their family from the Atlanta area in 2022 to join our Pastor Team after sensing a prophetic call to serve with East Bay Church. Their faithfulness & enthusiasm for the local church is contagious! They have been in full time ministry now for almost a decade, serving in several pastoral capacities, with a specialty in NextGen ministry. They are big vision leaders and help advise all our ministry teams. They also help give oversight to all of our mutli-media production ministries & Bay Team communication through our online team platforms. They have a beautiful & charming daughter named Mila. They have degrees & training in Ministry & Leadership from Griffin School of Ministry & Will is a Licensed Minister with the AG. They currently serve as a Bivocational ministry family with careers in Tech Sales & Training & Property Management & Marketing. Fun Fact, Pastor Stacy & Heidi were Sarah’s youth pastors.
Dave Lang
Founding Pastor
After 40 years of faithfully serving as Lead Pastor, Dave & Anne Lang officially retired in 2020. Then in January of 2024, Anne Lang went to be with the Lord. She is dearly missed & has left an incredible legacy of faithfulness. As a couple, they have always been known for their gifts of hospitality, incredible teaching, but most importantly their love. They have 3 amazing daughters who have helped alongside them over the years, & they have at least a dozen grand kids and great grand kids, most of who all still live nearby. Pastor Dave continues to worship & serve within the East Bay Church family where you will see him most Sundays celebrating God’s faithfulness.
